Rockwell Watch Repair
We offer a full-service repair shop for our timepieces. If you're having an issue with yours, or if you had a little accident and your watch broke, send us an email and we can figure out the best course of action to get your watch back on your wrist.We can do most repairs on our watches here in-house.
Some of what we can repair includes:
- Broken crystals
- Broken or missing links or clasps
- Watch not keeping time
- Lost or broken crown or other parts
- Dead batteries
Don't forget that we offer a limited 2-year warranty on our watches, to see if your watch is covered under our warranty program, please visit our warranty page.

Once your information has been reviewed, one of our technicians will be in contact with you to discuss your options. Please be aware that our technicians won't always be able to provide a repair quote until they have had a chance to go over the watch in person and find out what needs to be done.
