Rockwell Two-year Limited Warranty

Rockwell guarantees it’s timepieces to be free from manufacturer defect for a period of two years from the date of purchase with a valid purchase receipt from an authorized dealer. This warranty covers watch movement and general construction.

Exclusions: The two-year warranty is only valid when the watch is purchased from an authorized Rockwell dealer or from www.rockwelltime.com. Please retain your original purchase receipt so that we can validate the purchase date and honor your warranty claim. Warranty repairs without a receipt will be subject to a service fee. The warranty will be null and void if the watch is opened or repaired by anyone other than an authorized Rockwell service provider. Not covered under this warranty are: general wear and tear (scratches, nicks, dents, etc.), dead batteries, damage resulting from contact with objects or the ground, broken crystals, broken pins or lost screws. The warranty does not cover misuse, loss, or theft. Rockwell may, at it’s sole discretion, choose to replace part or all of the watch when fulfilling a warranty claim when a reasonable repair is not possible. For purchases made at www.rockwelltime.com:
Purchases made a www.rockweltime.com may only be exchanged for another watch or Rockwell credit. No cash or refunds will be given. For product exchanges, all shipping charges are the responsibilty of the customer. Please refer above for any warranty questions or issues.

For purchases made at an authorized dealer:
Please contact the dealer where your purchase was made for their return policy. Rockwell does not accept returns of any kind for purchases made at a dealer. Rockwell will, however, honor any warranty claims on watches made from an authorized dealer. Please retain your original receipt for all purchases.
